• QUALITY: Images are pressed into the surface of the ornament resulting in a permanent application. Due to the glossy finish, photos with small details or taken at a distance may appear blurry on the porcelain ornaments. We highly recommend purchasing an aluminum ornament if the photo you’d like to use has any smaller details.

PERSONALIZATION
Each ornament is made to order allowing you to personalize the ornaments as you please. All required personalization details are listed above the personalization box on each listing. While we can change the wording on most of our ornaments, any additional customization must be approved by the seller BEFORE placing your order. We do not offer any font or color changes at this time.

If you need to make any changes to the shipping address, please message me right away.

• In the event that your order has already shipped, USPS provides a service to have your package intercepted for a fee.

• If your package is unable to be delivered and returned to me due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to re-send the item to the correct address.
 
QUALITY
Designs and images are pressed into the ornament using dye sublimation and a professional heat press to ensure that the ornament will not scratch or fade.

NOTE: Please note that colors & photo quality may vary from screen-to-screen as well as screen-to-print slightly due to the handmade nature of this product.

REFUNDS
Refunds are not offered on personalized items. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.
